Resin products, glass epoxy laminates, generally have epoxy resin that offers excellent insulation, moisture resistance, dimensional stability, chemical resistance, and adhesion, particularly excelling in alkali resistance. Products with glass fabric substrates include general types (G-10) and flame-retardant types (FR-4), both of which exhibit superior mechanical strength, electrical properties, low water absorption, and chemical resistance. Products with carbon cloth substrates excel in strength and elasticity, while those with Tetoron fabric substrates are outstanding in water resistance, high-frequency dependency, punchability, wear resistance, and resistance to SF6 gas. The heat resistance temperature is 180°C, and the colors available are green and white.
